Why This Happens

CQC Well-Led inspections use the Key Lines of Enquiry (KLoE) framework, with W1 through W10 covering leadership, culture, governance, and sustainability. KLoE W3 is the most evidence-intensive: it asks how leaders ensure the delivery of high-quality, sustainable care.
