Direct Connector (Recommended)

Live API to eCW V12 / Cloud + Healow Population Health

Vizier connects to eClinicalWorks via the Practice Analyzer API and to Healow population health data via Healow Insights APIs. Read-only credentials; BAA in 1 business day. Most eCW Cloud customers can be live within 24 hours of credential provisioning.

Scheduled eBO Feed

eBO Reports on a cron, written to SFTP

If your team prefers internal extracts: schedule eBO (eClinicalWorks Business Optimizer) reports to write nightly to SFTP. Vizier picks up the files automatically and refreshes the analytics layer.
